Ingredients
- 2 (17.5-ounce) cans of refrigerated Grands cinnamon rolls (5 large cinnamon rolls per can)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 Tablespoons salted butter (divided use)
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 Tablespoons salted butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese (1/2 block)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Prepare the Cinnamon Rolls: Place the 2 cans of refrigerated Grands cinnamon rolls into the baking dish in an even layer. Set aside the icing that comes with the cans.
- Add the Heavy Cream: Pour 1 cup of heavy whipping cream evenly over the cinnamon rolls, ensuring the cream gets between each roll.
- Make the Brown Sugar Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, melt 4 Tablespoons of salted butter. Stir in ⅓ cup brown sugar and ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon until well combined. Pour this mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls.
- Bake the Rolls: Cover the pan with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls are cooked through. Check to ensure they are fully baked.
- Prepare the Icing: While the rolls are baking, in a medium bowl, combine 4 Tablespoons salted butter and 4 ounces of cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, just until the butter and cream cheese are soft. Whisk them together until smooth. Add in the 2 containers of icing that came with the cinnamon rolls, then whisk in 1 cup powdered sugar until well combined.
- Finish the Rolls: Once the cinnamon rolls are done baking, remove them from the oven. Spread the icing evenly over the top of the warm cinnamon rolls.
- Serve and Enjoy: Serve immediately while warm and enjoy these gooey, decadent cinnamon rolls!
Notes
- For an extra indulgent twist, add chopped nuts or chocolate chips to the rolls before baking.
- You can use half-and-half or whole milk instead of heavy cream if you prefer a lighter version.
