Description

Cool off this summer with these easy-to-make Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles! Made with just three ingredients, these refreshing treats are bursting with fresh strawberry and lemonade flavors, making them the perfect healthy dessert for warm days.


Ingredients

  • 1 container Simply Lemonade
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Add the diced strawberries to a small bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Mix well and let it sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the juices to form. You can lightly mash a few strawberries for a mix of whole pieces and mashed bits, or puree them completely, depending on your preference.
  2. Spoon the strawberry mixture equally into your popsicle molds until all the strawberry mixture is used up.
  3. Pour the Simply Lemonade over the strawberry mixture, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Place the lid on the popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks.
  5. Freeze the popsicles until solid.
  6. Optional Step: For even distribution of strawberries, gently stir the mixture halfway through freezing. Otherwise, the strawberries may float to the bottom, as seen in this recipe.
