Ingredients
- 1 container Simply Lemonade
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- Add the diced strawberries to a small bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Mix well and let it sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the juices to form. You can lightly mash a few strawberries for a mix of whole pieces and mashed bits, or puree them completely, depending on your preference.
- Spoon the strawberry mixture equally into your popsicle molds until all the strawberry mixture is used up.
- Pour the Simply Lemonade over the strawberry mixture, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Place the lid on the popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze the popsicles until solid.
- Optional Step: For even distribution of strawberries, gently stir the mixture halfway through freezing. Otherwise, the strawberries may float to the bottom, as seen in this recipe.
