Description

Soft rolls filled with saucy spaghetti, melty cheese, and savory Italian seasoning, baked until golden.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked spaghetti noodles
  • 5 soft rolls (e.g., hamburger buns, kaiser rolls, or other bread rolls)
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated or sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Garlic salt to taste
  • Italian seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut rolls in half and place them on the baking sheet. Remove the top halves and layer mozzarella cheese on the bottom halves.
  3. Spoon prepared spaghetti (with optional ground beef or preferred variation) onto the cheese layer.
  4. Top the spaghetti with more mozzarella cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls back onto the bottoms. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake the sliders uncovered for about 20-30 minutes, or until the spaghetti is warm and the cheese is melted. Baking time may vary depending on slider size and the amount of spaghetti used.

Notes

  • Optional: Add ground beef or your preferred meat variation to the spaghetti for extra flavor.
  • Adjust baking time based on slider size and amount of spaghetti.
  • Use fresh or store-bought spaghetti sauce.
