Description

Oreo No-Bake Cheesecake Cups are the perfect summer dessert when you’re craving something indulgent yet easy to make. These cups combine creamy cheesecake filling with crunchy Oreo crumbs for a deliciously satisfying treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 8 oz tub Cool Whip or whipped topping
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2426 Oreo cookies (plus extra for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreos in a plastic bag and seal it. Use a rolling pin or a sturdy wooden spoon to crush the Oreos until they form fine crumbs. Spoon 1 ½ to 2 tablespoons of the crushed Oreos into the bottom of 6 small dessert dishes (at least ¾ cup–1 cup size). Set aside.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling: Using a hand or stand mixer, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy and smooth. Add the vanilla and beat until combined. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
  3. Add the Oreos: Gently fold in the remaining crushed Oreos into the cheesecake mixture.
  4. Assemble the Cups: Divide the cheesecake filling evenly across the 6 dessert dishes. Gently press the filling onto the crushed Oreos to create a smooth layer.
  5. Chill: Place the dessert cups in the fridge and chill for about 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
  6. Top and Serve: Before serving, top the cups with whipped cream and additional crushed Oreos for extra flavor and texture. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Mint Oreo Version: Add ½ teaspoon of peppermint extract and use mint Oreos for a refreshing mint cookies and cream flavor.
  • Flavor Swaps: Feel free to experiment with other Oreo flavors (like peanut butter or golden Oreos) for a twist on this classic dessert.
  • Parfait Style: Layer the cheesecake filling and crushed Oreos in clear cups for a parfait-style presentation.
  • Larger Serving: If you prefer, you can assemble this dessert in one large dish (such as a 9×9-inch baking dish) and scoop out portions when serving.
