Ingredients
- 25 Oreo cookies (wafers & filling)
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping, thawed
- 10 Oreo cookies, chopped
Instructions
- Making The Oreo Crust: Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor, or place them in a Ziploc bag and crush with a rolling pin. Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter.
- Press the cookie mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Use the bottom of a glass cup to pack the crust evenly. Place the crust in the fridge while making the filling.
- Making The Oreo Filling: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping and chopped Oreo cookies until fully combined.
- Spoon the filling into the chilled pie crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For a firmer pie, allow it to chill for longer than 1 hour (overnight is best!).
- If you prefer a sweeter filling, you can add extra powdered sugar to taste.
- Try adding a drizzle of chocolate sauce or some mini chocolate chips on top for added texture and flavor.
