Description
Rich, fudgy, and dangerously easy, these Nutella Brownies require just three ingredients and one bowl. Perfectly gooey in the center with crisp edges, they’re a 25-minute chocolate dream.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Nutella
- 2 large eggs
- 10 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC). Lightly spray an 8×8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or line with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together Nutella, eggs, and flour just until fully combined. The batter will be thick.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish. A spatula sprayed with cooking spray may help smooth it out.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, until edges are set and the center is just slightly gooey.
- Remove from oven and let cool before slicing into squares.
Notes
- Do not overmix the batter to avoid dry brownies.
- Add chocolate chips or chopped hazelnuts for extra texture.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a decadent treat.
