Description

This Lemon Fudge is a zesty and creamy treat bursting with fresh lemon flavor. It’s smooth, sweet, and tangy, making it the perfect light and refreshing dessert for any occasion. Easy to make and a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth with a citrus twist!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
  5. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until it is set and firm.
  6. Once set, cut into squares and serve.
