Ingredients
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in the fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
- Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until it is set and firm.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For an extra zing, you can add more lemon zest to taste.
