Description

A delicious, rich dessert featuring buttery blondies filled with pecans, white chocolate chips, and toffee pieces, topped with ice cream and drizzled with caramel for the ultimate sweet indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups packed light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup toffee pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with foil or parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and brown sugar until well combined. Add the eggs and vanilla, and stir until smooth.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix just until combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped pecans, white chocolate chips, and toffee pieces.
  5. Spread the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for about 35 minutes, or until the center is just set. Allow to cool completely in the pan.
  7. Once cooled, lift out the blondie by the paper and cut into squares. Serve topped with a scoop of ice cream and a drizzle of caramel.

Notes

  • For an extra touch, drizzle more caramel sauce over the ice cream and blondie before serving.
  • If you prefer a different nut, try swapping the pecans with walnuts or almonds.
  • These blondies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
