Ingredients
- 250 g chocolate (milk, semi-sweet, or dark)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Instructions
- Prep Pan: Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment or wax paper.
- Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
- Mix: Stir in Rice Krispies and salt until evenly coated.
- Spread: Pour mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes, or until hardened.
- Cut & Serve: Remove from the fridge, cut into bars or break into pieces, and enjoy.
