Description

These Homemade Big Mac Snack Wraps bring all the delicious Big Mac flavors into an easy-to-make, handheld meal. With seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, lettuce, pickles, and creamy Big Mac sauce, they’re perfect for a quick lunch, dinner, or snack that everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • For the Big Mac Sauce:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • For the Wraps:
  • 1 lb lean ground beef (80/20 recommended)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • ¼ cup diced pickles
  • ⅓ cup Big Mac sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 6 small flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Big Mac Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until smooth and well-combined. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook, breaking the meat into small pieces, until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave until soft and pliable. Spread a spoonful of Big Mac sauce on each tortilla. Add a layer of cooked beef, followed by shredded cheese, lettuce, and diced pickles.
  4. Wrap and Serve: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to form a wrap. (Optional) Toast the wrap seam-side down in a skillet for 1–2 minutes to add crunch.
  5. Serve immediately, or wrap in foil for an on-the-go meal.

Notes

  • Feel free to swap in different cheeses like Swiss or mozzarella for variety.
  • You can use a gluten-free tortilla for a gluten-free option.
  • For an extra twist, try adding sautéed onions or tomatoes to the wrap.
