Description

Garlic Roasted Green Beans are a quick, healthy, and flavorful 4-ingredient vegetable side dish. Ready in under 20 minutes, they’re perfect for weeknights, holiday meals, or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed, washed, and dried
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
  2. Spread green beans in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic and sea salt. Toss with hands to coat evenly and spread back into a single layer.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until lightly golden and tender. No need to stir during roasting.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite main dish.
