Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed, washed, and dried
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
- Spread green beans in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic and sea salt. Toss with hands to coat evenly and spread back into a single layer.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, until lightly golden and tender. No need to stir during roasting.
- Serve warm with your favorite main dish.
