Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup Garlic Parmesan Sauce (see notes)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken Wings:
    1. Sprinkle the chicken wings with salt and pepper.
  2. Air Fryer Method:
    1. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes.
    2. Place the chicken wings into the air fryer basket, ensuring they are spread out evenly.
    3. Fry for 20 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through.
  3. Oven Bake Method:
    1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
    2. Place the chicken wings on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
    3. Bake for 20 minutes, flip the wings, and bake for another 20 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
  4. Coat with Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
    1. Once the wings are crispy and cooked, place them in a bowl.
    2. Pour ½ cup of garlic parmesan sauce over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Serve:
    1. Serve with extra sauce on the side if desired. Add more sauce to taste.

  • For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce, use your favorite store-bought version or make your own by combining butter, parmesan cheese, garlic, and herbs.
