Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup Garlic Parmesan Sauce (see notes)
Instructions
- Prep the Chicken Wings:
- Sprinkle the chicken wings with salt and pepper.
- Air Fryer Method:
- Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes.
- Place the chicken wings into the air fryer basket, ensuring they are spread out evenly.
- Fry for 20 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through.
- Oven Bake Method:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the chicken wings on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flip the wings, and bake for another 20 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
- Coat with Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
- Once the wings are crispy and cooked, place them in a bowl.
- Pour ½ cup of garlic parmesan sauce over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
- Serve:
- Serve with extra sauce on the side if desired. Add more sauce to taste.
Notes
- For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce, use your favorite store-bought version or make your own by combining butter, parmesan cheese, garlic, and herbs.
- If using the oven method, make sure to flip the wings halfway through to ensure they cook evenly and get crispy on both sides.
