A simple and flavorful pasta dish with garlic, herbs, and butter that pairs perfectly with any meat, poultry, or fish, or can be enjoyed with your favorite veggies.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces dried linguine
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the linguine for 10-11 minutes, or until tender but still firm to the bite.
  2. Drain the linguine and transfer it to a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley.
  4. Drizzle the butter mixture over the cooked linguine. Add seasoned salt to taste and toss to coat evenly.

Notes

  • This dish can be paired with meat, poultry, fish, or veggies of your choice.
  • If you prefer a stronger garlic flavor, increase the amount of minced garlic.
  • For added richness, sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
