Ingredients

  • 1 ¼1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 3 large), cut into 1-inch bite-sized pieces
  • ¾ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning blend
  • ¾ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken pieces dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a small bowl, mix Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over chicken and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add chicken in a single layer and sear for 3–4 minutes without moving them. Flip and cook another 4–5 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temp 165°F).
  5. Add remaining 2 tablespoons butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute until garlic is fragrant and butter melted.
