Ingredients

  • 15.25 ounces Funfetti cake mix
  • ½ cup sprinkles
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Additional sprinkles for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a baking mat.
  2. In a large stand mixer, combine the cake mix, sprinkles, and baking soda until just mixed.
  3. Add the sour cream, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined (about 1-2 minutes). The dough should be slightly thick.
  4. Drop dough by heaping tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet, or use a 1-inch cookie scoop for more uniform cookies.
