These Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups are a healthy and satisfying dessert made with creamy Greek yogurt, a crunchy granola base, and topped with fresh berries. Perfect for a quick snack or a nutritious treat, these no-bake cups are customizable and easy to make, offering a refreshing combination of sweet and savory flavors.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup oats
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 3–4 tbsp honey (adjust to desired sweetness)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt* (see note)
- Fresh berries of choice to top
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the oats, cinnamon, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until it forms a sticky dough. (If the dough is too dry, add more almond butter and honey to achieve the right consistency.)
- Line a muffin pan with muffin liners. Add a spoonful of the granola dough to the bottom of each muffin cup and press firmly with your fingers to form a sturdy base.
- Spoon a dollop of Greek yogurt onto each granola base. Top with fresh berries and any leftover granola for extra crunch.
- Place the muffin pan in the freezer to set for at least 4 hours. Allow the cups to thaw for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Greek yogurt can be flavored or plain, depending on your preference. You can also use non-dairy yogurt alternatives for a dairy-free version.
- If the mixture is too sticky to work with, try wetting your fingers before pressing the granola into the muffin cups.
