A comforting and easy one-pot meal, this Crock Pot Chicken and Stuffing combines tender chicken with seasoned stuffing, onions, and a creamy chicken base. Perfect for a quick and hearty dinner.


Ingredients

  • Stuffing Mix:
  • 14 ounces dried seasoned stuffing cubes
  • 1 medium sweet onion, diced
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • 20 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon ground sage
  • Chicken:
  • 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ teaspoon salt (more to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon pepper (more to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Slow Cooker: Spray a slow cooker with non-stick spray.
  2. Mix Ingredients: Add the stuffing mix, onion, celery, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  3. Season: Sprinkle the sage evenly over the top.
  4. Add Chicken: Lay the chicken breasts on top of the stuffing mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4 hours 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Shred Chicken: Shred the chicken with two forks or remove it to a cutting board and slice into small pieces.
