Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles, drained
- ¼ cup finely diced red onion
- ¼ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the thawed corn, Cheddar cheese, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), mayonnaise, green chiles, red onion, red bell pepper, and jalapeño.
- Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
