Ingredients
- 12 oz small shell pasta
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 1/3 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 12 oz imitation crab meat, chopped
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/3 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
Instructions
- Cook the small shell pasta according to the package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process, then set aside to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Stir in the fresh dill, chopped dill pickles, imitation crab meat, celery, red onion, green onions, and peas.
- Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and mix until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
