Description

Ingredients

  • 12 oz small shell pasta
  • 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1/3 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 12 oz imitation crab meat, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed

Instructions

  1. Cook the small shell pasta according to the package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process, then set aside to cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in the fresh dill, chopped dill pickles, imitation crab meat, celery, red onion, green onions, and peas.
  4. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and mix until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
