Description

Tender snow crab legs simmered in a rich garlic butter sauce with parsley, pepper, and salt—perfect for a luxurious seafood dinner at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Snow Crab clusters, thawed if frozen
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cut a lengthwise slit into each crab leg shell to make the meat easier to access after cooking.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until translucent. Stir in parsley, pepper, and salt. Heat until the mixture is bubbling.
  3. Add crab legs to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter. Simmer 5–6 minutes until heated through.
  4. Plate the crab legs hot, spooning some of the garlic butter sauce over the top. Serve with extra melted butter for dipping if desired.

Notes

  • Pre-cut crab legs help the butter flavor penetrate and make eating less messy.
  • Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice or a sprinkle of Old Bay seasoning for extra flavor.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 3–5 days and reheated in a 350°F oven for about 8 minutes, brushed with butter.
