Ingredients
- 22 ounces white chocolate chips
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 teaspoons cotton candy flavoring (divided)
- ½ to ¾ teaspoon pink gel food coloring (e.g., Americolor Pale Peony #183)
- ½ to ¾ teaspoon purple gel food coloring (e.g., Americolor Lilac #169)
Instructions
- Line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving extra overhang for easy removal. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Stir frequently for 6 to 7 minutes, ensuring it’s smooth and doesn’t burn.
- Divide the melted chocolate mixture evenly into two bowls.
- In the first bowl, add 1 teaspoon of cotton candy flavoring and pink gel food coloring. Stir until the mixture turns pink.
- In the second bowl, add the remaining 1 teaspoon of cotton candy flavoring and purple gel food coloring. Stir until the mixture turns purple.
- Spoon large dollops of the pink and purple fudge into the prepared pan, alternating them randomly.
- Use a butter knife or small offset spatula to gently swirl the colors together for a marbled effect.
- Place a piece of parchment paper over the top of the fudge and press gently to smooth the surface. Let it set without removing the parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the fudge for 2 hours or leave it at room temperature for 4 hours to set completely.
- Once set, slice the fudge into 16 squares and serve.
Notes
- You can adjust the amount of gel food coloring for a more intense or lighter color.
- Make sure the fudge is completely set before slicing to ensure clean cuts.
