Description

This whimsical Cotton Candy Fudge is a fun and colorful treat, perfect for themed parties or a sweet snack. Its vibrant pink and purple swirls will bring joy to any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 22 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons cotton candy flavoring (divided)
  • ½ to ¾ teaspoon pink gel food coloring (e.g., Americolor Pale Peony #183)
  • ½ to ¾ teaspoon purple gel food coloring (e.g., Americolor Lilac #169)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving extra overhang for easy removal. Set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Stir frequently for 6 to 7 minutes, ensuring it’s smooth and doesn’t burn.
  3. Divide the melted chocolate mixture evenly into two bowls.
  4. In the first bowl, add 1 teaspoon of cotton candy flavoring and pink gel food coloring. Stir until the mixture turns pink.
  5. In the second bowl, add the remaining 1 teaspoon of cotton candy flavoring and purple gel food coloring. Stir until the mixture turns purple.
  6. Spoon large dollops of the pink and purple fudge into the prepared pan, alternating them randomly.
  7. Use a butter knife or small offset spatula to gently swirl the colors together for a marbled effect.
  8. Place a piece of parchment paper over the top of the fudge and press gently to smooth the surface. Let it set without removing the parchment paper.
  9. Refrigerate the fudge for 2 hours or leave it at room temperature for 4 hours to set completely.
  10. Once set, slice the fudge into 16 squares and serve.

Notes

  • You can adjust the amount of gel food coloring for a more intense or lighter color.
  • Make sure the fudge is completely set before slicing to ensure clean cuts.
