Description

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8- or 9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Prepare the Crumble Topping: In a bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Add the melted butter and stir with a fork until crumbly.
  3. Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, toss the apples with sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, salt, and cinnamon until well coated.
  4. Spread the apple mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the apples.
  6. Bake for 35–45 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.
