Description

These Chocolate Peanut Butter Dessert Cups are an irresistible no-bake treat made with a buttery Oreo crust, creamy peanut butter filling, and topped with Reese’s minis. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth in bite-sized form, they’re quick to prepare and full of rich, decadent flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed Oreo cookie crumbs (with cream)
  • ¼ cup salted butter, melted and cooled
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (Reese’s brand recommended)
  • 1 ½ cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Chocolate sauce, for drizzling
  • 28 Reese’s peanut butter minis (2 per cup)

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are evenly coated.
  2. Place 2 teaspoons of the buttered cookie crumbs into each portion cup. Use a spoon or another cup to press the crumbs down to form a compact base layer.
  3. Using a stand mixer or handheld mixer, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar on medium speed for 1-1 ½ minutes until smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  4. Add the creamy peanut butter to the mixture and beat until smooth.
  5. Add the cold heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract to the mixture, and continue mixing for 2-3 minutes until the filling thickens and can hold its shape when piped.
  6. Transfer the peanut butter mixture into a disposable piping bag (or a Ziploc bag with a snipped corner) and pipe the filling over the crust in each cup, filling them about ¾ full.
  7. Drizzle chocolate sauce over the top of the peanut butter filling in a zigzag pattern. Place a Reese’s peanut butter mini on top of each cup.
  8. Cover the cups with lids and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • If you don’t have Reese’s minis, you can use regular Reese’s cups and chop them into smaller pieces.
  • The dessert cups should be stored in the refrigerator until served to keep the filling firm.
  • For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of sea salt on top of each cup after the chocolate drizzle.
