Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dairy-free milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon espresso powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or sealable container, add all the ingredients and stir to combine.
  2. Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the pudding thickens to your desired consistency.
