Ingredients
- 1 cup dairy-free milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon espresso powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
Instructions
- In a bowl or sealable container, add all the ingredients and stir to combine.
- Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the pudding thickens to your desired consistency.
- Once thickened, stir again and serve chilled.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Notes
- For a richer taste, use coconut milk or almond milk for the dairy-free milk.
