Ingredients

  • Butter for greasing the baking dish
  • 1 block (about 5.2 ounces) Garlic & Fine Herbs Boursin cheese
  • 8 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Generously butter a baking dish (8×8-inch or similar).
  3. Crack the eggs into the dish and add the whole block of Boursin cheese.
  4. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 16-18 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, then mix and mash everything together until the eggs are fluffy and the cheese is well incorporated.
  6. Optional: Return to the oven for 2–3 more minutes if you prefer a firmer texture.

Notes

  • If you prefer a creamier texture, you can add a splash of milk or cream before baking.
  • You can experiment with other types of Boursin cheese, such as the shallot and chive flavor, for a different twist.
  • For a richer flavor, serve with freshly ground black pepper or fresh herbs on top.
