Ingredients
- 2 medium yellow squash
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Slice the Squash: Wash the yellow squash and slice it into ¼-inch thick rounds.
- Season the Rounds: In a large bowl, toss the squash slices with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange and Top with Cheese: Place the seasoned squash slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top each round with a sprinkle of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
