This No-Bake Blueberry Delight (also called Blueberry Yum Yum) is a creamy, refreshing dessert made with a graham cracker crust, sweetened cream cheese, blueberry pie filling, and a fluffy Cool Whip topping. Perfect for any occasion, it’s a simple yet delicious treat that’s sure to impress!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers (about 14 large graham crackers)
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 10 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (16 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed and divided
  • 2 (21 oz) cans blueberry pie filling
  • Additional graham cracker crumbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill and set.
  2. Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer: In a stand or hand mixer, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and half of the Cool Whip until smooth and creamy. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust.
  3. Add the Blueberry Layer: Open the cans of blueberry pie filling and evenly spread it over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Top with Cool Whip: Spread the remaining Cool Whip evenly over the blueberry layer. If desired, garnish with additional graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. For the best flavor, chill overnight.
