Description

Delicious and creamy banana pudding popsicles made with banana pudding, frozen bananas, and crushed vanilla wafers. A fun and easy treat for summer!

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups banana pudding
  • 1 cup frozen sliced banana (about 2 bananas)
  • ½ cup crushed vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. Place 1-2 banana slices into each popsicle mold.
  2. Fill the mold halfway with banana pudding, using a spoon to push it down around the banana slices.
  3. Add 1-2 more banana slices, followed by more pudding, and finish off with a sprinkle of crushed vanilla wafer crumbles.
  4. Place the lid on the mold, insert popsicle sticks, and freeze for 6-8 hours, or until solid.

Notes

  • Adjust the crushed vanilla wafers to your preference for extra crunch or flavor.
  • You can use homemade banana pudding for a richer taste, or opt for store-bought for a quicker recipe.
  • Make sure to freeze the popsicles for at least 6 hours to get the perfect solid consistency.
