Ingredients

  • 4 (7 to 8 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
  2. Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of parchment paper and pound to an even thickness for uniform cooking.
  3. Drizzle both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil.
  4. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, chili powder, parsley flakes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin.
