Description

Ambrosia Fresh Fruit Salad is a light, creamy, and colorful dish packed with fresh fruits, mini marshmallows, vanilla yogurt, and whipped topping. It’s a perfect springtime treat or refreshing side dish for brunches, potlucks, and holidays.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, chopped
  • 2 cups pineapple, chopped
  • 2 cups green grapes, fresh
  • 1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 to 2 cups mini marshmallows (fruit flavored or plain)
  • 1 (5.3 oz) container Yoplait Greek 100 Protein vanilla yogurt
  • 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, pineapple, grapes, mandarin oranges, and mini marshmallows. Toss gently to mix.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the vanilla yogurt and thawed whipped topping until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the fruit and marshmallows and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
