Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons pickled sliced jalapeños
- 2 tablespoons diced red onion
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prep Air Fryer: Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
- Add Ingredients: Crack the eggs directly into the basket. Add cilantro, olives, tomatoes, jalapeños, and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

- Reheat in the oven at 275°F (135°C) for 15 minutes, in the microwave gently, or in the air fryer for a few minutes at 350°F (180°C).
