Description

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 120 grams (1/2 cup) creamy peanut butter
  • 50 grams (1/2 cup) cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 15 cm x 15 cm (7 inch x 7 inch) brownie pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the 3 ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the peanut butter to the mashed bananas and stir until well combined and smooth.
  4. Sift in the cocoa powder and mix until fully incorporated into the banana-peanut butter mixture.
  5. Transfer the brownie batter to the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 22 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean (mine took 27 minutes).
  7. Allow the brownies to cool completely at room temperature before slicing and serving.
