Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 120 grams (1/2 cup) creamy peanut butter
- 50 grams (1/2 cup) cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 15 cm x 15 cm (7 inch x 7 inch) brownie pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the 3 ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter to the mashed bananas and stir until well combined and smooth.
- Sift in the cocoa powder and mix until fully incorporated into the banana-peanut butter mixture.
- Transfer the brownie batter to the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 22 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean (mine took 27 minutes).
- Allow the brownies to cool completely at room temperature before slicing and serving.
